1Eligibility and Age Requirement

bibgoplus is available exclusively to players located in the Philippines. To register and use the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bibgoplus platform.

bibgoplus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with our verification procedures.

2Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bibgoplus. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

bibgoplus operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of account activity.

Your account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. bibgoplus will never ask you for your password via email or chat support.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bibgoplus are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion and no other currency is accepted for deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on bibgoplus.

Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bibgoplus is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete. VIP tier members at Gold level and above receive priority processing for withdrawal requests. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected.

4Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

bibgoplus may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, or other incentive features from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms at the time of the promotion, including eligibility conditions and any applicable wagering requirements.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

No specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering multipliers are guaranteed beyond what is stated in the active promotion terms at the time you opt in. If no specific promotion is active for your account, no entitlement to a bonus exists.

6Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completed verification.

8Limitation of Liability

bibgoplus provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

bibgoplus is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Bet placement is the player's responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled. Technical errors that result in incorrect bet acceptance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and bibgoplus reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances.
